City of Fernley recently issued the following announcement.
2nd Annual FERNLEY MAIN STREET
POKER WALK
FRIDAY, JUNE 10TH
4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
CITY CLOCK, CORNER OF MAIN ST & SILVER LACE
Join us for our 2nd Annual Main Street Poker Walk with local merchants, live entertainment and local food and beverage trucks. Cost for the Poker Walk... FREE!
Event registration will be in-person, day of the event, beginning at 3:30 pm at the new City Clock Plaza on the corner of Main Street and Silver Lace Blvd. Poker Walk will begin at 4:00 pm sharp, come prepared with walking shoes and ready to have a good time!
A map including all participating businesses along Main Street will be given out at registration along with Poker rules.
All players must submit their poker score cards by 6:30 pm at the registration table to be considered for the three best poker hands. Raffle winners also
announced at 6:30 pm. Raffle tickets are $20 for an 'arm-stretch'. Must be present to win raffle items and best poker hands.
Local food and beverage trucks, and live entertainment will be on hand
for the event! Raffle items and prizes include wine baskets, gift certificates to local merchants, local art, and more!
