Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall is filing a lawsuit alleging over 40,000 Nevadans voted twice in the Nov. 3 election.

“We are going to present evidence of real voter fraud, thousands and thousands of incidents of voter fraud in Nevada alone,” Binnall said in an interview with Fox Business.

Binnall said the campaign has found multiple instances where voters cast two votes.

A data analyst also recently pointed out that voter registration records were problematic across the state.

“40,000+ people who have voted twice in the election, that is real voter fraud. We also have data showing people who were on the record as having voted by mail didn’t even receive ballots and said they didn’t vote.”

Some in the state have reported the deceased receiving ballots.

“We have a lot of evidence that we are going to be presenting to the court showing voters have been disenfranchised in Nevada. Because every single time there is a fraudulent vote cast into the system it dilutes the votes of honest voters.”

Former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt previously said the campaign had found 1,000 instances where voters voted in another state and Nevada.

Attorney General William Barr yesterday said the Department of Justice has not uncovered any instances of widespread fraud in the election.
