The Nevada Secretary of State’s Office and the Clark County Election Department have partnered with the Las Vegas Raiders and the NFL to establish Allegiant Stadium as an official polling location for the upcoming presidential election on Nov. 5.

The arena will be open as a polling location from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day for Clark county voters. Mail-in ballots can also be dropped off at the arena in official drop boxes on Election Day.

To aid voters, the NFL and Las Vegas Raiders have launched a dedicated webpage titled “Las Vegas Votes,” which provides additional information on the voting process at Allegiant Stadium and resources for residents.

"This fall, the country will be looking to Nevada to decide who the next president is, and we need voters to get in the game,” said Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar. “We’re thrilled to partner with Clark County and the Las Vegas Raiders to open the doors to Allegiant Stadium, giving Nevadans a unique voting experience this fall. Participation in the electoral process is more important than ever, and now any eligible voter in Clark County can head to an iconic location on Election Day and Just Vote Baby!”

In addition to serving as a polling location, voters who cast their ballots at Allegiant Stadium on Election Day will receive an exclusive “I VOTED” sticker created by the Las Vegas Raiders.

“The great state of Nevada makes registration and voting easy and accessible," said Raiders Owner Mark Davis. "The Raiders and Allegiant Stadium are proud to do our part to encourage high turnout by providing a central location for Clark County voters to cast their ballots on election day."

A recent study entitled “Professional Sports Stadiums & Arenas as Polling Places” found that 48 stadiums and arenas across various sports leagues served as polling places during the 2020 elections, with hundreds of thousands of voters using the arena locations to cast their ballots.

The study highlighted several benefits of utilizing stadiums for voting, including consistent turnout across the political spectrum, positive experiences for voters and election workers, and strengthened community relations with local sports teams.

Clark County Registrar of Voters Lorena Portillo said, “One of the goals of the Clark County Election Department is to make sure every eligible voter has access to the polls and what better way to do that than open up our largest location at Allegiant Stadium."

“It is important to remember that voters can cast their ballot or drop off a mail ballot at any Vote Center, so we hope folks from all corners of Clark County take advantage of this incredible location," Portillo said.

Nevada's early voting for the 2024 General Election starts on Oct. 19 and runs through Nov. 1. Same day voter registration is available throughout early voting and on Election Day in person at official polling locations.

Oct. 22 is the last day to request a mail-in ballot be sent out before the election. Mail-in ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 5 and received by election officials by Nov. 9 in order to be counted.
