This is the fourth time the government decided to help people financially during covid, and even though the stimulus checks were given by the federal government in the beginning, now they are being provided by the respective states, Maraca reported Jan. 22.
"American Rescue Plan Act funds are available for Nevada child care providers," Nevada's Department of Health and Human Services tweeted Jan. 11.
Stimulus checks have come to the aid of millions of people in the United States during the COVID-19 pandemic, Marca reported.
Many people are left wondering what benefits are on offer where they live, as some states are offering a fourth stimulus check while other states have alternative options.
The financial support available in the United States goes beyond stimulus checks thanks to tax breaks, extended benefits programs, unemployment benefits increases, Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit and other creative initiatives in certain states. Several states have already doled out their share of the fourth stimulus checks, but several others are gearing up to do so. There might even be some new legislation this month regarding financial aid. There are also some states where another stimulus check is not likely anytime soon.
