Mt. Charleston CDP home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Mt. Charleston CDP fell by $70,000 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Mt. Charleston CDP in August 2017.
