Boulder City home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Boulder City rose by $67,600 while total sales increased by 18.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 44 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 26% increase over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Boulder City in August 2017.
