Las Vegas (unincorporated) home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 942 homes sold, with a median sale price of $271,750 - a 8.7% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 952 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in August 2017.
