Indian Springs CDP home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Indian Springs CDP fell by $52,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 36.8% decrease over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Indian Springs CDP in August 2017.
