The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Winchester CDP rose by $3,411 while total sales decreased by 26.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 343 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,536 – a 12.6% increase over the $27,125 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 465 homes sold in Winchester CDP in February 2016.
