Winchester CDP home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Winchester CDP fell by $3,879 while total sales increased by 58.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 3,993 homes sold, with a median sale price of $23,490 – a 14.2% decrease over the $27,369 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,522 homes sold in Winchester CDP in the first half of 2016.
