The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2018 in Whitney CDP rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2018, there were 279 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 – a 21.2% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 340 homes sold in Whitney CDP in the second quarter of 2017.
