The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Whitney CDP rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 51.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 340 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 – a 10% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 224 homes sold in Whitney CDP in the second quarter of 2016.
