The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Whitney CDP rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 10.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 – a 13.3% increase over the $150,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Whitney CDP in June 2016.
