The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Whitney CDP rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 7.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 1,087 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 – a 16.4% increase over the $146,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,013 homes sold in Whitney CDP in 2016.
