UNLV receives record $6 million donation for School of Music

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) School of Music has received a donation exceeding $6 million from the KJS Family Foundation. This contribution is the largest in the history of the College of Fine Arts at UNLV and was finalized last year.

The donation funded the acquisition of 86 Steinway pianos, which will be used for instruction, practice, and performance. This expansion provides students with increased access to high-quality instruments.

According to UNLV, this gift aims to support artistic excellence and student success within the School of Music.
