UNLV Athletics sets new GPA record for Fall 2025 semester

UNLV student-athletes achieved a new academic milestone in the Fall 2025 semester, reaching a combined grade point average (GPA) of 3.39. This marks the highest departmental GPA on record and continues a trend of strong academic performance, with UNLV Athletics maintaining a department GPA of at least 3.00 for 17 consecutive semesters.

More than 200 student-athletes earned placement on the UNLV Dean’s Honor List by achieving GPAs above 3.50. Additionally, over three-quarters of all student-athletes and Spirit Squad members recorded GPAs of 3.00 or higher.
