Unincorporated home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Unincorporated rose by $27,153 while total sales decreased by 26.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $273,000 – a 11% increase over the $245,847 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Unincorporated in the third quarter of 2016.
