Unincorporated home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Unincorporated rose by $40,500 while total sales decreased by 24.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,000 – a 15.7% increase over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Unincorporated in the second half of 2016.
