The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Unincorporated rose by $12,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $222,500 – a 5.7% increase over the $210,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Unincorporated in February 2016.
