The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Unincorporated fell by $67,000 while total sales increased by 116.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 – a 22.6% decrease over the $297,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Unincorporated in June 2016.
