The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $24,995 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 894 homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,995 – a 17.9% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 941 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in the third quarter of 2016.
