The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sunrise Manor CDP rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 2.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 1,766 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 – a 19.3% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,812 homes sold in Sunrise Manor CDP in the second half of 2016.
