Summerlin South CDP home prices fall in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Summerlin South CDP fell by $26,000 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,000 – a 6.5% decrease over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Summerlin South CDP in the first quarter of 2016.
