The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Spring Valley CDP rose by $1,200 while total sales increased by 650%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 165 homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,000 – a 15.4% increase over the $7,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Spring Valley CDP in February 2017.
