Spring Valley CDP home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Spring Valley CDP fell by $525 while total sales increased by 46%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 397 homes sold, with a median sale price of $9,000 – a 5.5% decrease over the $9,525 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 272 homes sold in Spring Valley CDP in the first quarter of 2017.
