The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Spring Valley CDP fell by $100 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $8,900 – a 1.1% decrease over the $9,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Spring Valley CDP in December 2016.
