Searchlight CDP home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Searchlight CDP fell by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 – a 47.8% decrease over the $57,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Searchlight CDP in the first half of 2017.
