The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Paradise CDP rose by $1,678 while total sales increased by 15.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 2,724 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,100 – a 5.9% increase over the $28,422 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,354 homes sold in Paradise CDP in the first quarter of 2017.
