The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Paradise CDP rose by $10,261 while total sales increased by 60.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 885 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,980 – a 57.9% increase over the $17,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 550 homes sold in Paradise CDP in April 2016.
