The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Paradise CDP fell by $28,385 while total sales increased by 25.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 807 homes sold, with a median sale price of $35,490 – a 44.4% decrease over the $63,875 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 641 homes sold in Paradise CDP in September 2016.
