The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Paradise CDP fell by $12,910 while total sales increased by 6.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 1,069 homes sold, with a median sale price of $26,990 – a 32.4% decrease over the $39,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,008 homes sold in Paradise CDP in March 2016.
