The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Paradise CDP fell by $21,410 while total sales increased by 112.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 1,645 homes sold, with a median sale price of $22,990 – a 48.2% decrease over the $44,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 775 homes sold in Paradise CDP in July 2016.
