The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in North Las Vegas rose by $35,432 while total sales decreased by 19.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 386 homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 – a 19.2% increase over the $184,569 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 480 homes sold in North Las Vegas in December 2016.
