North Las Vegas home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Las Vegas rose by $20,500 while total sales increased by 124.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 402 homes sold, with a median sale price of $196,500 – a 11.6% increase over the $176,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 179 homes sold in North Las Vegas in April 2016.
