NFIB members in Nevada will soon receive their 2026 state ballot, according to an announcement from the organization. The ballots are expected to be delivered by email starting January 5, with some members also receiving them by mail shortly after that date.

The NFIB emphasized the importance of member participation in its balloting process. “NFIB’s reputation as the voice of small business comes directly from what our members tell us, through regular state and federal balloting, are the issues important to their ability to own, operate and grow their enterprises,” the statement read.

The organization highlighted that lawmakers and officials recognize NFIB as a representative of small business interests due to its member-driven approach. “State lawmakers and administration officials recognize and respect NFIB as the true voice of small business because of its member-driven structure. So, make your voice heard. Please vote your ballot,” the statement continued.

Each question on the ballot will include explanations along with arguments from both supporters and opponents.
