The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) has endorsed Sam Brown for the United States Senate. The NFIB, known as a prominent advocate for small businesses, announced its support on September 17, 2024.

Greg Biryla, NFIB Regional Director, expressed confidence in Brown’s capabilities. “Sam Brown is a veteran and a small business owner, and we believe he will be a fighter in the U.S. Senate,” said Biryla. He emphasized that Brown understands the challenges faced by Nevada’s small businesses and is expected to advocate for solutions that enable business growth and community contributions.

Sharon Sussin, NFIB Senior National Political Director, also voiced support for Brown. “We are confident that Sam Brown will be a reliable small business advocate in Congress,” she stated. She highlighted his experience as a business owner and his background as evidence of his commitment to representing small business interests in the Senate.

The endorsement comes from NFIB FedPAC, the political action committee of the organization. This committee is funded through voluntary contributions from NFIB members beyond their regular dues. Decisions regarding endorsements are made through a grassroots evaluation process driven by members.
