Nevada War Room announced that Gov. Joe Lombardo has signed Assembly Bill 1, Senate Bill 3, and Senate Bill 5 to strengthen Nevada’s cybersecurity, modernize emergency aid, and expand the healthcare workforce.

According to a post on X by Nevada War Room, Lombardo has taken steps to improve Nevada’s healthcare system, enhance cybersecurity measures, and assist families in need. The post emphasized that since taking office, he has focused on improving lives for all Nevada families through bipartisan leadership.

The Nevada Independent reported that a pause in Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits affected half a million Nevadans. This incident highlighted the necessity for state-level emergency assistance programs. Senate Bill 3 addresses this issue by creating the Silver State General Assistance Program to provide temporary aid during federal disruptions.

The Health Resources and Services Administration projected a shortage of 70,610 primary care physicians in the United States by 2038. An additional shortage of 7,660 obstetrician-gynecologists is also anticipated. These figures indicate an increasing national demand for healthcare professionals.

Nevada War Room operates as a project of Better Nevada PAC supporting conservative candidates like Governor Lombardo. It advocates for policies aimed at making Nevada stronger, more prosperous, and safer while promoting economic growth, public safety, and family welfare.
