As the year draws to a close, many people experience increased stress due to deadlines, holidays, and colder weather. According to Nevada Health Centers, ongoing stress can have negative effects on sleep, digestion, and immune function.

Nevada Health Centers is encouraging individuals not to manage stress alone. The organization provides integrated behavioral health services at multiple locations as well as through telehealth options. This approach is intended to make mental health support more accessible for patients.

Nevada Health Centers offers integrated behavioral health services across many health centers and via telehealth, making it easier for patients to access mental health support. NVHC providers can help with:” stated the organization.

Patients can schedule appointments directly at their local center or be referred internally by medical providers for coordinated care. Appointments may also be made by calling 800.787.2568 or using the “Get Virtual Medical and Behavioral Healthcare Now” feature online.
