The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Mt. Charleston CDP fell by $104,250 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 – a 21.8% decrease over the $479,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Mt. Charleston CDP in the second quarter of 2016.
