Mt. Charleston CDP home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Mt. Charleston CDP fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 – a 2.3% decrease over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Mt. Charleston CDP in the second half of 2016.
