The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Moapa Valley CDP rose by $70,050 while total sales increased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 – a 70.1% increase over the $99,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Moapa Valley CDP in June 2016.
