The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Moapa Valley CDP rose by $21,750 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,750 – a 15.3% increase over the $142,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Moapa Valley CDP in July 2016.
