The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Moapa Valley CDP fell by $70,400 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 – a 48.4% decrease over the $145,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Moapa Valley CDP in January 2017.
