Metallica, Billy Joel slated to play in 2022 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas

Excitement is building as it’s been released that Metallica and Billy Joel are slated to play in 2022 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. 

A Twitter user posted in response, “@BillyJoel and @Metallica on the same stage? No, but back to back dates at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas were announced today.”

The two artists are seen as impressive headliners as Metallica is regarded as one of the most influential and successful bands in rock history, KNTV reported Oct. 25. Meanwhile, Billy Joel is one of the best-selling artists in history and a very respected entertainer around the world. 

Ticket availability will be staggered and introduced in tiers. Presale tickets for the Metallica show will be available to Legacy Fan Club members starting at 9 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 26. General Fan Club members will be able to purchase tickets two hours later, starting at 11 a.m. on the same day, KNTV reported.

American Express Card Members will have fast access to the Billy Joel show tickets before the general public. Tickets for those members will be available Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. 

Raiders presales are being made available Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. for the Billy Joel show and 10 a.m. for Metallica. 

Customers of Live Nation, Ticketmaster and Allegiant Stadium will be able to access presales beginning at 11 a.m. for Billy Joel and 12 p.m. for Metallica on the same day, Oct. 28. 

Presales for all shows will end on Oct. 28 at 10 p.m. General public availability will be Oct. 29 at 10 a.m.
