The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Laughlin CDP fell by $20,750 while total sales increased by 29.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,250 – a 19.8% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Laughlin CDP in October 2016.
