The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Laughlin CDP fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,000 – a 4.3% decrease over the $103,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Laughlin CDP in April 2017.
