The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $27,100 while total sales increased by 1.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
From July through September of 2017, there were 2,528 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 – a 12.2% increase over the $222,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,501 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2016.
