Las Vegas (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 8.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 2,089 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 – a 13.3% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,275 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2017.
