Las Vegas (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $19,599 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2017, there were 2,275 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 – a 9.5% increase over the $205,401 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 2,192 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2016.
