Las Vegas (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Las Vegas (unincorporated) rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 5,079 homes sold, with a median sale price of $231,000 – a 8.2% increase over the $213,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 4,281 homes sold in Las Vegas (unincorporated) in the first half of 2016.
